At Yuego, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below you can find our return and refund policies for your orders.

Return Period
You can create a return request within 7 days from the date you receive your product.
For a return request to be accepted, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return Acceptance Cases
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product shipped
- Product damaged or defective
- Defective products caused by manufacturing or shipping only
Note: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or altered.

Shipping from China and Return Process
Most of our products are shipped directly from China warehouses.
For this reason:
- Products are not physically shipped back to China
- The return process is assessed based on photo or video evidence
Once the defect or error is confirmed:
- A full or partial refund is issued
- The customer is not required to ship the product back
This model provides both a more convenient and faster solution for the customer.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs:
- Only covered by Yuego for defective or incorrectly shipped products
In other cases, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not returnable in accordance with the legislation:
- Hygienic and personal use products
- Opened or used electronic products
- Campaign and special discount products
- Other products that cannot be returned by law

Refund Process
After the return is approved:
- Payment is refunded to the same payment method
- Refund is made within 7–14 business days
Depending on the bank and payment providers, this period may vary.
